"Kimberly and I worked together for just over 3 years at PMCM TV. We were lucky to hire Kimberly right out of college and she immediately had a major impact on the organization. She started out as a marketing & programming assistant. Once PMCM TV started doing public affairs and news programming Kimberly took on any and every role she could to help. We were a small organization so she very quickly became an integral part of the production team. Her work ethic and positive spirit were unmatched. Not only did she become our most trusted producer, but she was a contributing reporter as well. It was amazing how much she was able to accomplish in a day. In high pressure situations she was always poised and calm. I can honestly say I never saw her rattled or upset. At all times she was a constant professional. Some of her responsibilities included producing three half-hour news programs, curating social media, writing and editing.
